We offer our composite cutting boards as a safer alternative to plastic cutting boards. Our cutting boards are dishwasher safe and lightweight with none of the harmful aspects of using plastic cutting boards discussed here.  We recommend buying both our traditional butcher blocks and a composite cutting board to cover all your chopping needs.
